Vitax Organic Rooting Gel is made with natural plant extracts to help rooting and establish cuttings. It contains no synthetic growth hormones or fungicides. The gel helps the plant retain moisture during the vital early stage after taking the cutting. Suitable for soft, semi-hard or hardwood cuttings.
How to use
Take cuttings below a leaf joint using a sharp knife. Remove leaves from the lower half of the cutting. Dip the base of the cutting into the gel. Plant up the cuttings into a suitable moistened, free draining compost.
Place cuttings in a propagation unit or cover with a plastic bag, sealed with an elastic band or similar. Place the cuttings in a light position but protected from direct sunlight.
Water as necessary, ensuring the cutting does not dry out.

Product Volumes
All products are allocated an approximate volumetric size for delivery, multiple small items will fit into a 25kg volume sized parcel whereas most compost and fertiliser bags are around 25kg volumetric size. Delivery pricing is based on volumetric size or weight, whichever is higher to meet courier specifications.

Scottish Highlands up to 75kg - £25 inc VAT per 25kg
Over 200kg (75kg for Scottish Highlands) - £80 inc VAT per pallet of up to 40 compost sized bags per pallet
CTS Coverage (roughly bounded by A85 in Scotland to A66 in England) - £48 inc VAT under £300 nett, £36 inc VAT £300+ nett - up to 10 pallets using our own lorries.
Note: Some products are too heavy or large to send by courier, these can only be delivered using our CTS delivery or collection. If you have products in your basket that are within courier limits along with restricted courier products, the courier delivery method will not be available.
We do not include delivery prices in the product price, which allows us to keep product costs down.
