Description
A ready-to-use bait containing 37g/kg hydrated ferric phosphate [at least 29k/kg anhydrous ferric phosphate]. Treats up to 928 square metres.
Reduces the damage caused by slugs and garden snails. Suitable for organic gardening. Slugs move away to die leaving no excessive slime and no visible dead slugs.

When to use
At the first sign of plant damage, use as directed during late evening or early morning in mild damp conditions when slugs are most active.
Where to use
For use on bare soil around seedlings and young plants of salad crops such as lettuce, and vegetable plants such as cauliflower, cabbage, kale and brussels sprouts and strawberry. May also reduce damage caused by the garden snail in salad crops. Controls slugs feeding on the soil surface in potato crops, reducing damage during plant emergence and lower leaf development. Damage caused by sub-surface activity to underground plant parts such as potato tubers may not be reduced.
How to use
Apply 38 pellets or 0.7g of product per square metre. Scatter evenly onto moist base soil around the young plants to be protected. Take care to avoid pellets becoming trapped in leaves. Do not place in heaps. If slugs continue to cause damage a repeat treatment may be necessary up to a maximum of 4 per crop. Allow a minimum of 7 days between applications.
Do not apply near water. Pellets are showerproof for up to 14 days.
