Description

Rentokill ready to use grain bait rodenticide for the effective control of mice in and around buildings.

Directions for use

Place Rentokil Mouse Killer Bait sachets throughout the infested area in bait boxes or covered bait points. For high infestations place up to 50g (2 sachets) in bait stations or covered bait points every 5 metres and revisit within the first 7 days and then fortnightly until the infestation is under control. Thereafter re-visit as necessary. For low infestations place up to 50g (2 sachets) in bait stations or covered bait points every 10 metres and revisit within the first 7-10 days. Thereafter re-visit as necessary. Search for and remove dead rodents at frequent intervals during treatment, at least as often as when baits are checked and/or replenished. Daily inspection may be required in some circumstances.

Location of bait

Bait should be placed where mice have been seen or have been feeding. For indoor use - position in protected locations where rodents are running or feeding e.g. under cupboards, behind furniture or in loft spaces. Around buildings - position in protected locations where rodents are running or feeding, e.g. in lengths of pipe or beneath tiles leant against a wall. When the product is being used in public area, the areas treated must be marked during the treatment period and a notice explaining the risk of primary or secondary poisoning by the anticoagulant as well as indicating the first measures to be taken in case of poisoning must be made available alongside the baits. When tamper resistant bait stations are used, they must be clearly marked to show they contain rodenticides and that they should not be disturbed.

Note: These sachets are perforated so they can be placed down as they are and do not need to be opened.

Active ingredient - difenacoum 0.005% w/w (0.05g/kg)
