Description

BugClear Fruit and Veg kills a wide range of common insects including aphids, whitefly, scale insects, mealybugs, red spider mites and other mites.

Instructions for use

For use only as a home garden insecticide and mite killer.

maximum spray concentration: 20ml product per litre of water. Max number of treatments: 3 per crop.

When to use

Spray at first sign of insects or symptoms, until plants are clear of pests. For optimal control and persistence of effect, repeat applications are required at 7-10 day intervals. It is also essential to ensure comprehensive coverage of the plant surface, particularly the undersides of leaves. On fruit trees, depending on tree size, complete coverage may not be practical or appropriate, and the product is unlikely to give complete control of widespread populations.

The best time to spray is early morning or early evening, avoiding bright sunshine.

Do not use BugClear Fruit and Veg during periods of high temperature (above 25 degrees celcius) or when temperatures might become high or during periods of high light intensity. Blooms and young leaves may react sensitively.

Where to use

BugClear Fruit and Veg is ideal for ornamental plants, fruits and vegetables.

Some plants may be sensitive to oils. it is always advisable to test a sample of plants, by treating them and leaving for at least two weeks, before treating a large or valuable collection.

Do not treat sensitive species of floral plants with delicate foliage (e.g. poinsettias, cyclamens, kalanchoes, African violets, ferns or ivy etc.).

Do not spray directly onto blooms.

How to use

Shake bottle well before use. Using measuring cap provided add 20ml per 1 litre of water. Mix and use with a pressurised sprayer immediately. Spray evenly, to wet upper and lower surfaces of leaves.

Any run-off onto desirable surfaces should be washed away as staining can occur if the solution is allowed to dry.

Clean the spray equipment thoroughly immediately after use.
